central location, quaint decor, variety of room choices
The noise from nearby bars can be overwhelming at times!!! The parking situation is inconvenient!!! Basic room amenities could be improved, such as providing adequate toiletries!!! The heating system could use some noise reduction!!!

Unexpected challenges, friendly faces
The location was fantastic, just steps away from bustling pubs and the scenic waterfront. Connor and Kristina's hospitality added warmth to our stay.
Unfortunately, we faced a frustrating check-in experience. after arriving late and being locked out, we encountered rude staff instead of the welcome we had hoped for.

perfect walking distance to charming attractions and lively nightlife
During my stay, I loved how I was just a few steps from the stunning King John's Castle and the adorable Ruby Ellen's Tea Rooms, which made my morning strolls delightful and easy. the atmosphere was welcoming, and the warmth from the staff felt like a home away from home even if I could sometimes hear the nightlife bustle outside.

A lovely, bright double room offered comfort with a clean and inviting atmosphere, complemented by a fantastic shower. The breakfast featured fresh orange juice and typical local bread, adding a pleasant touch. noise from the busy restaurant below and the vibrant bar scene across the street can disrupt a peaceful night's sleep, and some aspects of the room felt a tad dated. The staff were welcoming, but the overall breakfast experience could benefit from being more attentive to guests' needs.
